"The care I received recently in forth valley Hospital"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital

(as the patient),

I was taken in as an emergency recently to the a and e department with terrible stomach cramps sickness and diaharea. The care I received and the response to finding out what was wrong with me was fantastic and second to none. I was quickly diagnosed and then sent to ward b11 where I have to say the staff from doctors to care staff and domestics was fantastic. I spent three nights in hospital and was really well taken care of and was nursed back to health very quickly.

Dear MrsSST

Thank you so much for getting in touch and leaving such lovely feedback about your recent experience.

I have shared your posting with the staff who would like to pass on their thanks, it really is lovely for them to hear from patients about their care experience, it means a great deal to them to know that their hard work and commitment has been recognised.

We are very fortunate to have such dedicated and committed staff who work hard to ensure our patients and their families are cared for to the highest standard.

I hope that you are keeping well and are well on your way to a full recovery.

Kindest regards
