The consultant and all their team were fantastic. Efficient and to the point, but with a caring helpful attitude.
Only complaint was the severe waiting time (not the fault of staff but nhs overloaded appointments) by the time I was seen I had hurt my back from sitting so long on the hard metal chairs in waiting area, I kid you not! Took a week for my back to get better, so I that day I ended up with not only a bad shoulder but an added bad back!
Right choice to choose this hospital orthopedic dept though.
