Mrs X suffered alot of pain and alough she was on alot of medication she required disitrict nurses to visit daily to apply a Lidocaine patch to a painful area on her back.
When I asked her what matters to you she informed me that due to her painful joints it was hard for her to move quickly in the morning and needed time in the morning to get organised before the nurses visited her. Therefore what mattered to her was a visit after 1045hrs. Nurses visited daily after the time requested and today she expressed how grateful she was to have this later visit she felt happier and the pain seemed to be getting better.
