Please accept my apologies for not writing sooner.

This email is to thank everyone who saw and looked after my sister on 18th April from 1.30pm onwards.

We were told to go to A&E by her GP that morning and that it might be a long wait.

Within 1hour and 15mins she was seen by a doctor who was professional, caring and meticulous as to what her symptoms might be.

From then on, she was cared for so well by the nursing staff, the person who wheeled her to the Xray dept and the Xray staff.

At one point we had to stay in a waiting room and we, along with everyone else there, were offered a free sandwich which lifted everybody's spirits.

I have nothing but huge thanks and admiration for your staff who all showed true professionalism and care.

I cannot praise them highly enough.
