"A&E Admission - after 111 call"

About: Horton General Hospital

I was treated in A&E after making a 111 call and subsequent ambulance transfer. All through the process I received the most professional and patient focused treatment. Admission was efficient and (relatively) stress free, nurses and doctors kept me informed of what was happening (e.g. waiting for CT scan, bloods, etc.) and were always courteous and careful to make sure that their meaning was clear and understood.

When it came to being discharged, once again staff were friendly and efficient ...

All made a difficult situation as stress free as possible - Thanks!
