About: Barlborough NHS Treatment Centre

went to hospital for full hip replacement. it is more like a hotel or private hospital. lots of staff day and night and they could not do enough for you. if you wanted something it was done then you never had to wait. they are friendly and very efficient. unlike most hospitals the surgeon made regular checks on you before and after surgery. the physio staff are great but the nursing staff are a credit to the nhs.

the food is of very high quality I have had worse in good hotels. it is delicious warm and plentiful as are the soft drinks and snacks throughout the day. if and when I need my other hip doing I would jump at the chance to have it done here.
