"Very Helpful & A Great Service"

I was referred by my GP to the NHS Buckinghamshire Musculoskeletal Integrated Care Service following months of nerve related back pain.

From the initial point of contact with the very helpful member of staff at the NHS Diagnostic Centre, I felt confident that my case was going to be dealt with in a professional manner.

I was seen by a one of the physio team who was very sympathetic to my circumstances and the life changing effects my condition was presenting. The physiotherapist's knowledge and experience was evident, and after the in depth consultation I was referred for an MRI scan to determine what treatment would be necessary to rectify my back issues.

The date of my MRI scan arrived and I once again attended the NHS Diagnostic Centre. Having not had this type of procedure before, my mind was put at rest by the staff who were polite, reassuring and very calm whilst I was in their care. The scan was over before I knew it and the results concluded that treatment was indeed required.

A few weeks on since treatment, and my symptoms have all but cleared up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the staff and the services offered by the NHS Diagnostic Centre. My experience has been extremely worthwhile and has given me the relief I was hoping for.
