What I liked

i was seen at a and e today (sun 21 feb)

the staff were very helpful and there wasnt hardly any waiting time considering the nature of the department. I was delt with in a friendly manner from the reception staff through to the doctors.

What could be improved

cost of parking, is rather expensive compared to other local hospitals.

Thanks for posting these kind comments – I will make sure the A&E staff are made aware of them. I am very pleased you had a good experience with friendly staff, as a visit to the hospital can be quite worrying.

I am sorry you found the parking expensive – when we set the parking rates we always compare them to other hospitals and try to ensure they are consistent. We do keep this issue under review.
