"Totally under utilised"

I attended to make a blood test appointment and having recently attended QA I was amazed at how few patients were there. My negative comment is the same as others and concerns the misleading car parking signs. Like others I assumed that as there was there hours for there was no need for a ticket. Unlike others I was fortunate to get back to the car before a penalty charge. Forwarded is forwarded. Visitors beware.
