"Excellent experience at the centre"

I needed to visit the centre today as I could not get a doctors appointment, and I suspected tonsillitis . Registration at the desk by a very helpful nurse and seen by the doctor within 10 minutes, who was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with . I noticed signage up stating patients were welcome to a chaperone.

What amazes me was the number of patients ( 60 ) in a week who did not turn up for their appointment. They should be fined .
