I feel I need to update the review I left on the 31may 2016. It was a fairly scathing review of the automated booking service CHEC. However since then I have had an email from the team at CHEC apologising for my experience and a phone call from them the next morning which I missed! I called back only to hear The Voice again, I groaned, but no, this time a very nice person dealt with my request for an appointment in a very professional, pleasant way, giving me all the information I required. This was then followed up by letter the next day, so apologies CHEC I guess everyone can have a bad day, and you surely seemed to be having one that day!
