What I liked
I was a day case theatre patient and felt treated with absolute dignity, respect and care from start to finish in a calm and clean ward. I felt that the nurses in charge were fully aware of what was going on with me at every stage, everyone introduced themselves, I had opportunities to discuss concerns (which were then discussed) and my fears were taken seriously. I couldn't fault the care I received or the staff, from the auxilliarys to the consultants, I felt in safe hands through the whole experience.
What could be improved
Can't think of anything in my case.
