"ambulatory care team"

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the ambulatory care team and in particular the nurses who have shown such care to my mother in recent weeks. I do not live in the area and have heard many negative stories about Queens Hospital but i can only say that i am so impressed with the level of care my mother is receiving.

My only criticism - my mother is elderly and South Asian but she does speak English fluently. Maybe the doctors could take note of this and talk to her directly. This is her care and she has to make the decisions about the treatment options presented to her. This happens a lot in different settings - not just with health professionals.
