Came in for Lichfield day surgery appointment. Was excellently looked after by the doctors and nurses alike. Had three nurses all looking after me as I came around from anaesthetic. Nothing was too much trouble. Left feeling very privileged to have access to such a brilliant hospital and the NHS.
