"Waiting room heartache"

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

Please do something about the waiting room for gynaecology and maternity. I am a young woman struggling to concieve and have been trying for some time. The heartache that comes with that is at times overwhelming, but on the day I arrive to be told if I will ever be able to be a mum I am met by at least 15 women with bumps, living the dream I pray for everyday it's too much. I am happy for the other women, but it doesn't tale away the devastated feeling and empty feeling I get every time I come here.. I dread it.. Please have a quiet space for women like myself. Unless you have experienced it, you'll never understand the pain the waiting room can evoke.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I'm really sorry for your experience.

Following similar feedback from other women we do have plans to make some changes to try to create separate waiting areas.

We are challenged by the lack of space but will be doing all we can in the coming months to try to make this a less painful experience for you.

Thanks for raising your concerns

Kind Regards
