What I liked there was a reasonable choice food wise and meals were delivered on time,some staff were very friendly and helpful in cluding doctors,nurses and ancilliary ,including restaurant staff What could be improved? just about everything at all levels given the total disaster that was the care of my wife from her admission on 3/1/08 throughout the various stays until her death on 6/10/08.belatedly after admitting all the mistakes that were made and the appalling attitude adopted by ,medical,nursing and administrative staff,the catalogue of avoidable errors they actually seem to be addressing some of the areas highlighted which are to numerous to mention.
