About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

i had an appointment for 2.30 , when it got to 2.50 i asked if they were running late a nurse went to see , i waited another 10 min's and got fed up waiting nobody came to tell me what was happening , so i went , a nurse came out of the hospital after me to apologies and say i was probably in the wrong place after i had already asked if i was in right place when i registered in . i think the staff need to check that patient's are not left waiting long period's of time after they have booked in without an explanation as to what is happening , if i had been told they were running late then that would have been fine , if patient's were 30 min's late for an appointment they would not be seen , they need to communicate more with staff and patient's .
