Had a follow up appointment after a minor surgery - it was finally booked in about a year from the intial surgery.. Then had a letter cancelling the appointment with no explination, along with another letter offering me an appointment in 6 months time. So a total 1.5 years to get a follow up appointment from a minor surgery visit.
Dissapointing at best.
