What could be improved
I visited the outpatient radiology dept.
this was the second time I had been there, and the I found the radiologists on both occasions to be extremely rude and abrupt and made me feel like I was really wasting their time, just by asking them to give me the scan my GP requested. When I complained to the manager they dismissed my complaint, and even said 'well it depends how the patient behaves aswell'!! I was treated with disrespect throughout both my outpatient appointments.
