Absolutely first class service in A&E at the BRI. The Dr in particular was meticulous and very caring. The doctor spent a great deal of time explaining everything to us and delivered some difficult news with compassion. The staff are a credit to the NHS and their respective professions. Can't thank them enough or find fault with anything.
