"Worst experience ever!"

About: Heartlands Hospital

They said discharge will be at 12 and 4 hours after nothing came we asked all they said was its coming it was so annoying all nurses at ward 7 kept on giving dirty looks at patients and family with patients like they didn't want to be here

thank you for your post regarding discharge from Ward 7 at Heartlands Hospital.

I am sorry you were unhappy and felt that the staff were unhappy to be there.
