"Staff need to follow basic hygiene ..."

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

(as the patient),

What could be improved

Staff need to follow basic hygiene regulations to reduce infection risk for themselves and most importantly PATIENTS.

The attitude radiographer very rude/unprofessional.

Anything else?

Not one member of staff washed their or used the sanitiser prior to examining me or carrying out a test or procedure. (direct patient contact)

Dirty equipment, old dried blood on chair in ER and on ECG leads, dirty blood pressure cuff. Staff member did not wear gloves to draw blood sample, dirty toilet for patients use.
