About: Southend Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I was called to Southend hospital for biopsies to be taken after a suspicious mammogram result - the staff in outpatients were fantastic, every single one introduced themselves by name, and were very kink and understanding. I went back for the results today and saw different staff, but their approach was the same. I can't praise them highly enough!
