(as the patient),

Having had surgery on two cataracts at queen Mgt Hosp in Dunfermline in February and April this year. From the first appointment through t surgery I have had nothing but praise for the staff. Particulars I would like to mention Dr. J. Foulds whose skill and attention has made such a difference to me.
