"Excellent service"

I attended this clinic for the 1st time in May, and was very impressed with the courtesy i received from all the staff, first off was the reception staff, then the nurse who weighed me. The clinic was running a bit late on patients appointment times, which was to be expected as it is a very busy clinic, one of the nurses was handing out free vouchers for patients to go and get a cuppa, which was great, and then I seen the consultant, who was great, the consultant explained my condition very clearly and in a way I could understand, and take in..Over all a great service, well done and a big thank you to Royal Liverpool hospital.
