"Dermatology procedure"

I recently went to my doctor, on a Monday, about a growth on my forehead.

I received a phone call from Basildon hospital dermatology for an appointment on Thursday.

The consultant and nurse both made me feel comfortable about my problem and discussed it with me rather than saying I think that we'll do this or that.

The department was really busy and I was asked to come back on the Friday to have it removed.

This was done by a senior nurse who I must say was brilliant as was the other senior nurse assisting them.

In these days of hearing complaints of hospitals I felt that I had to say something as I would have done if I was unhappy with my treatment
