"Exactly how a hospital should be run!"

About: London Independent Hospital

Have just spent 3 days for lumbar surgery. Everything exemplary on all counts. From the second you walk in the main door to final discharge all is totally organised and welcoming. But perhaps what is equally important is that the staff work well as a team and there is a high level of morale. If hospital staff are happy, it reflects professional hands-on management. 100% to all staff. Just one wee point; try and improve the coffee!!!
