I came to RBH late on the 27th May via NHS 111 and Westcall. I was sent to A&E and then admitted to Sonning ward. Every single member of staff I encountered was helpful, understanding and extremely professional. They are an absolute credit to the hospital. The teams ensured I was kept as comfortable as possible and informed throughout. They were thorough, efficient and very kind. Thank you all, you made what could have been a very scary experience far more pleasant.
