"Excellent experience in endoscopy unit"

I was seen very quickly and taken into a cubicle for preparation. After the initial obs the consultant came to see me and explained the procedure. Shortly after I entered a very impressive theatre with state of the art equipment. The consultant who carried out the investigation gave a running commentary whilst accompanied by a large screen monitor showing what was going on. I felt very confident in this person. Luckily all was well with me. After I was wheeled back to my cubicle and bought a nice coffee and biscuits. A special mention the the staff who seem a happy bunch. The unit is brand new.
