What I liked
i have not been happy from start to finish i was promised appointment a.s.a.p when i told them about my situation we called several times then was told 3 wks waited and waited called again then told 5 wks and finally it came through 6 and a half wks later with less than a wk to get things organised and while i was in hospital i saw several doctors all telling me 1 thing from another and it was different every time , but when i finally was aloud home i was told early evening well that did not happen till 9pm especially when i had exlplained my mother is not very well and she had to drive us back to basingstoke then again they were not going to let me go at 1 point then they said 10pm then 9pm it was a joke and the dotor who put stitches in he left it dangling down to my mouth it was so long my mum had to cut it upto my eye cause it was in my face , i was told an appointment will be sent a.s.a.p for 6 wks time and i am still waiting i finally got my stitches out which i was not told by the doctor who put them in when to make appointment, or when to wash hair , or whether they would be taken out at follow up appointment , but what was most disturbing was when my mother called the hospital and explained the situation and they turned round and asked if we had been given a pair of tweezers to take them out ourselves i am not happy but overall the only good thing was that the nurses wre very nice and polite except 1 .
What could be improved
nearly everything because it was just 1 thing after another
"i have not been happy from start ..."
