"Thank you Heartlands hospital ward 6"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Cardiology

In mid-May 2016 I arrived at Heartlands Hospital with a heart attack.

I was then rushed into theatre where two stents were fitted, then found myself in the ccu on ward 6, all took place in around 2 hrs, from then onwards I received fantastic care from all of the staff on ward 6.

Although the heart ward is not where you wish to find yourself, the staff were all efficient, friendly and made me feel at ease with the situation I found myself in. At no point did I feel left alone, even during the night shift, the regular check ups (although waking me up ) were a reassurance that someone was there if needed.

I just want to say a big thank you to our great NHS.
