"Polite kind help by a hospital secretary"

I had been given the run around going through various departments as some of the extensions put through by switchboard didn't seem to answer.

Then got a delightfully helpful lady who I think was Gill or Joan? who looked to see the situation and advised me what to do. She must have been busy but took the time to listen.

I'm sure its always front line staff who get the praise but wanted to say thank you. She was a secretary in x ray dept at East Surrey hospital.
