A dear lady who spent her 100th birthday in this unit was so well cared for. The staff were attentive & kind explaining everything to us all. I felt I could leave her & go home knowing she was comfortable & not frightened.If she had had private care more couldn't have been done for us all & this is the strap cashed nhs! Bless you all what you give of yourselves is priceless & made a very sad time so positive. Thank you is inadequate for your dedication but it is all I can think of to say.
