"took a year to finally meet my consultant"

Everytime an appointment was booked with ENT I was told it is with going to be with my consultant or a member of their team each time i requested to see only my consultant but instead I saw any member of staff from the ENT team, I had to explain my problem/issue regarding my nose(breathing problem) over and over again at each appointment everytime which was not nice, upsetting and stressful. i finally after a year and half on the waiting list i finally met my consultant, who was great and understanding i was put on the waiting list for my operation and had my operation within 3 months!

on the day of my operation i was so happy and am so glad i was placed in

Plane Tree centre.

Staff at plane tree centre were so helpful and understanding and caring, good customer service. The consultant did a great job.
