"Clinical care excellent however no bedside..."

I cannot commend the staff that dealt with me highly enough,

They were kind and listened to me.

Unfortunately I and many others did not have a bedside phone or entertainment system that worked.

Last time I was there I loved listening to the hospital radio station and had a couple of requests played.

Is the system being upgraded?

I am very pleased to hear that you had a positive experience and that you are happy with the care you received whilst on the ward.

The Trust is grateful for all feedback, positive or negative, as it means we can better understand what is important to our patients, and your kind comments have been shared with the Matron for Surgery as well as the Facilities dept. who have responded with the following:
