"Hull Royal Day Surgery Unit"

I underwent an Arthroscopy in the unit as a day patient. From the moment I arrived for my pre op., to the written information, admittance and discharge, I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Every single member of staff was friendly, efficient, caring and professional. Each stage was carefully explained and my details checked. Nothing was too much trouble for the very busy staff. I am now recovering at home and am grateful for the excellent service provided. Thank you so much.
