"Very neat job of stitching the wound"

About: Nottinghamshire County Teaching PCT / Keyworth surgical dermatology service

(as the patient),

I visited Keyworth Community Dermatological Surgery Service on the 1st December. Dr Neil Shroff diagnosed skin cancer. He reassured me it was treatable. I was given the date of Jan 12th for my surgery on my leg. Dr Shroff had said he may not be able stitch the wound on my first consultation. When I had the surgery Dr Shroff used his skill to stitch the wound. My own surgery nurse said he had made a very neat job of stitching the wound. I had an appointment for 4 weeks. Dr Shroff rang after 2 weeks to say he had removed it all and to ask id the stitches were ok, I was pleased with that gesture. I thought it very kind. He was very pleased after 4 weeks and I was discharged.
