I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome by Dr Wight (my GP). Subsequent tests in hospital were as expected. Surgery (day) in Bev Stokes Unit @ NGH was virtually painless. Had more hassle at the dentists! Only criticism was consultation with registrar prior to surgery- he didn’t explain in enough detail I thought.
