Outstanding professional care at the Crawley day surgery unit for foot operation. Everybody from housekeeper to doctors, nurses, theatre team. Each and everyone of you got it so right. Outstanding care at its very best. It was absolutley faultless. Thank you so much

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
