"Vantage Integrated Care Team was first class"

I am writing this to thank all involved in my recent illness and the fantastic care and support I received.

It's my first real experience of being gravely ill and contrary to all the bad press the NHS gets the way I was cared for was first class.

I had the one to one care from the Hart Failure Nurse, Nicola plus a few other professional bodies that helped me recover and even move home!

I cannot thank enough all involved for their help and hope this letter serves a purpose of pointing out the NHS may not be perfect but deserves a bit more praise now and then instead of negative presss constantly.
