I would like to thank the Sister and staff of Sunderland Day Care Center for my care yesterday, I was treated with professionalism and kindness at all times. They protected my dignity and privacy and made me feel that my care really mattered to them.The staff recognised that I am a person before I was a patient and showed me respect, this means a lot to someone who is in pain and has to rely on help at times from others.
I would not hesitate to recommend this ward to family and friends.
