Visited the Urology Department for a routine cystoscopy today, and was extremely happy with every aspect of my visit. I was seen early, treated very courteously, handled with dignity and made to feel very relaxed. The procedure was done expertly so I felt no pain, and my Doctor explained everything to me.
I needn't have felt nervous at all. All the staff were very pleasant. We are so,lucky to have the NHS.
