(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Kathryn the Receptionist, Liz the Dentist and Charlotte the Nurse were extremley friendly and re-assuring. Liz the dentist exhibited extreme patience and especially with my father. Sharing his laughter and treating his pain and/or confusion with care and understanding. Liz showed much patience and delivered the service with a smile and provided a wonderful outcome for my father. His dementia had previously floored his own dentist who lacked the necessary understanding and patience. A rewarding experience. Thank you.
