I'd just like to thank the superb senior doctor who dealt with my Dad on his "day out", 23/05/2016 and also the nurse who was excellent, caring and respectful to a tee. My Dad appreciated your manner in every way the right balance between respect and the need to do your job. You treated a living legend on that day!

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thanks so much for this lovely post. I'm delighted we gave a living legend the best emegency care he deserved - it's a service we want to offer to all our patients whether they're everyday heroes or not. It's reassuring to know that kindness, respect and compassionate care were top of the agenda for all staff your Dad had contact with. Your thoughtful feedback gives us the change to thank them .

Give our best to the Living Legend and our hopes for a full recovery - whilst we do recommend other options for days out in the beautiful Northumberland - we are nonetheless always here should he need us in the future.
