"Gastroenterology/Endoscopy"

I can not fault the care that I recieved by the medical and support staff. Friendly and efficient. How ever this is totally let down by the administration side of things. I was told after my procedure that I would be followed up in outpatients in 6 weeks. Disappointingly 7 weeks has passed and no appointment. I have just spoken with the relevant administration team to be told that they are quite behind. They have no available appointments in the next 4 weeks and there is a waiting list. So at best it will be 11 weeks but realistically longer before I receive an appointment and my results. This will cause a delay in any treatment I require.
