"Very bad experience at Coral Ward"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

My wife had to stay in Coral ward for about a week after caesarean, 6 months on and she still cant forget the horrible experience. The nurses were very rude and unhelpful. The partners are not allowed to stay in ward after 9pm even on the delivery day, I had to leave her and the baby with this ward overnight and each time i come back in the morning to see her crying. Not sure why the nurses expected a first time mum to take care of the baby herself the same day after operation.
