"Positive Feedback"

I attended the department on 1 April as a day patient. I just want to record how positive the whole experience was from Reception staff, Nurses and Consultants who I saw throughout the day of my operation. The care, the friendliness and compassion that was shown by everyone was first class. I last attended this Department some 10 years ago for a hysterectomy - the difference in care and attitude by staff this time was vastly improved and a credit to all those who are working in the Department.

I very rarely provide feedback but feel compelled in this case to do so.
