Sadly I had to go a couple of times there and its Interior and Exterior is always Shabby and Unkempt / Dirty! Staff at No hurry to examine / treat patients and Doctors / consultants Rude and Self important, Indifferent!
NHS 111 informed me twice to attend the A&E after I have honest and correct symptoms of my illnesses. I was fearful of attending this A&E who have a reputation of turning Sick patients away!
The Consultant there vetted me in a Bullying indifferent manner in order to make me an ill man feel strongly as if I was at the A&E illegally. The Consultant hadn’t even attempted to examine me !
I felt like a third class citizen in my Own country, totally unable to receive the Care I needed and NHS 111 Medical advisor said I should have !
I left in Sick disgust and deep sadness at the appalling way this ‘Consultant’ treated me which was unlike the Nurse and Staff head nurse who treated me kindly and with a duty of care, one suggested I complain but complaints in the NHS are often if always Ignored !!!
Nnot recommenced at all the A&E at St James hospital, Leeds, Burmingtofts !
