After very bad experiences in the past It took me years to finally have my wisdom teeth removed. I heard so many bad stories too - but the staff & care I received understanding of my fears one member asked if I had tattoos which I laughed about as I am the biggest coward I know & would never consider putting myself through this pain!
I thankfully have had a very pleasant experience & healing very well. Took some painkillers after surgery but hardly needed them the next day.
Took the very good aftercare advice to take warm salty water to rinse often especially after food keeping the gaps clean which is difficult when eating.
Another good tip I found for me was not to drink out of straws when you go home as it could remove the clotting so I have eaten from a small spoon & very gentle mindful mouthfuls of soft food with no seeds or tiny pieces to get trapped in the cavity.
All the staff were brilliant from start to finish - they were gentle & considerate I have a serious back problem & very happy to say I am up & about in a few days after doing some light gardening with hardly even swelling on my face enjoying life to the full :)
Thank you all so much for putting my faith back into expert dentistry with great care & consideration :) DB
