"Best possible experience I could have had"

I had a laparoscopy in the short stay surgical unit on Saturday 21st May. All of the staff I met were amazing, informative and caring. They were calming and reassuring and checked I was comfortable at all times, bringing tea and keeping both myself and my partner informed of what was happening throughout my time there . I was nervous about coming into hospital having never had a procedure before but I feel totally reassured that if I needed to come in again I would be completely looked after. Thank you so much!
